Interlink Publishing, a Massachusetts-based independent publishing house, is donating 50% of the profits from the sales of Palestine on a Plate, a new cookbook by world renowned chef and cookbook author Joudie Kalla, to the Nablus-based children’s educational and cultural center Palestinian House of Friendship for the purchase of a permanent home in the city of Nablus.

Spread the word about the project on social media. Post on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Ask your friends and family to do the same. Share your experience and stories of success.
Host a party in your home or office. At the party, tell everyone about the project, show the cookbook around, and sell or take orders for Palestine on a Plate. (download the US order form or Canada order form). And be sure to send us photos.
...school, library, or any other community center you are affiliated with; tell them about the project; and encourage their involvement in the fundraising campaign and sales of Palestine on a Plate cookbook.
